To support their ambitious growth plans, they are looking for a high-energy, driven, and results-focused Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join their team. This is a new business-only role where youβll be at the forefront of their sales efforts, driving pipeline and opening doors for their Business Development Managers (BDMs).
What Youβll Be Doing..
πΉ Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, research, and engage with potential customers across various industries who would benefit from Managed SOC and supporting services.
πΉ Cold Calling & Prospecting: Confidently engage decision-makers (CISOs, IT Directors, Heads of Security) via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark interest.
πΉ Booking Meetings: Your primary goal is to secure high-quality meetings for the BDM team with qualified prospects.
πΉ Pitching & Value Selling: Articulate the benefits of their Managed SOC, threat intelligence, and security operations services, positioning as a trusted cyber security partner.
πΉ Pipeline Management: Maintain and track prospecting activities in their CRM, ensuring a structured approach to outbound sales.
πΉ Collaboration with BDMs & Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, enhance outreach strategies, and ensure a strong sales funnel.
πΉ Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to refine your approach.
What They're Looking For
β Experience in Sales/Business Development β Previous SDR or outbound sales experience in Cyber Security, IT, SaaS, or Tech is highly desirable.

β Excellent Communication Skills β Confident, persuasive, and able to tailor your pitch to different audiences.

Location: This is a remote role with occasional trips to their HQ in Oxfordshire.

Clearance: Individuals in this role may require a DBS check to comply with our for SC projects and clients. This role also requires residency in UK for the last 5 years. Failure to pass these checks may result in your employment being discontinued.
