The Role: We are recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work with students aged 16–18 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will play a vital role in promoting learner independence and creating an inclusive classroom environment.

Part time role - 18 - 35 hours- Monday-Friday (depending on your availability)

Your duties will include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to learners with additional needs
• Assisting tutors and lecturers with in-class support
• Supporting students with personal care and administering medication (if required)
• Encouraging independence through tailored strategies
• Monitoring and documenting student progress

What We’re Looking For:

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or issued in the last 3 months)
• Previous experience as an LSA or relevant qualification
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND
• A flexible, proactive, and reliable attitude
• Desirable: Experience supporting students with behavioural, medical, or personal care needs
