We’re looking for a motivated Field Sales Support Representative to join a leading name in the building materials sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their sales career or with hands-on experience in customer-facing roles who wants to grow into a commercial sales role.

What You’ll Do:

• Visit builders’ merchants daily to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
• Promote products, campaigns, and special offers.
• Keep displays, brochures, and samples current.
• Generate quotes and book appointments for senior sales managers.
• Provide a professional product-matching service.
• Support sales growth by securing yard stock orders and identifying new site leads.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident, approachable communicator with excellent organisational skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your own daily route.
• Full UK driving licence – essential.
• Comfortable travelling extensively across the South East & South West (occasional overnight stays).
• Previous sales experience is a bonus, ideally in construction or building supplies, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn is key.
