Location:
Modern, office-based role in the heart of Blackburn, with excellent public transport links and easy access off the M65.
The Role:
- Managing multiple mailboxes and responding to queries professionally and promptly
- Issuing claim forms to Introducers and sending completed Conditional Fee Agreements (CFA) to third parties
- Liaising with third-party providers and clients via phone and email
- Updating case statuses using Aquarium software
- Following up on incomplete or missing information to expedite claims
- Meeting deadlines set by external parties while maintaining professional courtesy
- Performing data cleansing and administrative tasks in line with GDPR
- Supporting high service levels and productivity across the team
- Adhering to all internal policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration and organisational abilities
- Confidence and resilience with the ability to handle challenging conversations
- Experience in finance, claims, or legal sectors is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn, self-motivation, and proactive approach
- Team player with attention to detail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time, office-based role: 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
- Competitive starting salary from £25,000
